Shipping and Returns
Shipping Within India
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
We would dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. The orders will be delivered within 5-10 days. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery time depends on courier partners and delivery location. In a few locations, delivery may take longer. Please check your emails for regular updates.

Please provide the complete address with pin code to avoid loss or return of goods. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances such as and not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, and transport strikes which may delay the shipping process. Should such an event occur we shall inform you of the delay in a timely manner.
International Shipping
Please note that we currently only offer shipping within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Exchange
To return or exchange your order, you can email us at contact@niour.in
We will not take return or exchange any later than 5 days after delivering the product. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please send us a mail within 5 days of receiving your order.
Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for return or exchange: All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no stain, no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
Refund Policy
After the product is picked up from your end, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is shipped. Customers can be place the request by sending a mail to contact@niour.in
In case of prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the account within 7 days.
Cancellation by Niour Fashion Private Limited
We reserve the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order. Reasons that may lead to orders cancellations are unavailable quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment mode.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Niour Fashion Private Limited and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
